Dr. Mohamed Younesi, Director of the University Center Morsli Abdellah of Tipaza, supervised the opening of the National Forum on the outcome of the Constitutional Council’s experience in protecting rights and freedoms. The forum was organized by the Institute of Law and Political Sciences and headed by Dr. Abdel Aziz Barquq. The forum was marked by the presence of the members of the Constitutional Court, led by Professor Mesbah Manas, in addition to professors and experts from various universities of the country, as well as with the participation of professors and students of the Institute of Law and Political Science.
