Dr. Mohamed Younsi presided the launch of the scientific council of the University Center of Tipaza in the presence of Professor Abdelkader Douai, Deputy Director in charge of scientific research and external relations, as well as Dr. Mohamed Hedidi, Deputy Director in charge of studies, in addition to Dr. Salah Eddine Kadri, Deputy Director in charge of development and foresight. The scientific council was also attended by institute directors, as well as heads of scientific councils of the institutes, in addition to representatives of professors and members of the scientific council of the University Center from the University of Algiers 1, and Mr. Mohamed Arabawi, Director of the Central Library. The scientific council discussed scientific and pedagogical issues, the concerns of professors and scientific councils at the institute level.
