Erasmus+ KA171 (ICM) Student Call for Studies
In the framework of the program ERASMUS+ of the European Commission, the University Centre of Tipaza announces a call for allocation of grants for Erasmus+ Student Mobility for Studies.
Duration of mobility: 1 semester (spring semester, academic year 2023/2024)
Receiving university: Afyon Kocatepe university, Turkey
Available quota:
• 02 students in the following fields:
Business Administration (Bachelor’s, Master’s),
Mechanical Engineering (Bachelor’s),
Hotel and Tourism Management (Bachelor’s),
Education Sciences (Bachelor’s)
The applications will be taken between: 23.11.2023 – 06.12.2023

Required documents
- Current student certificate in English (signed and stamped with a recent date)
- Current Transcript of Records in English (signed and stamped with a recent date)
- Document of Language Proficiency
Selection Process & Language Proficiency:
While calculating the application point, the following evaluation criteria are applied:
- Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA): 50%
- Language Proficiency*: 50 %
*Students can have the foreign language exam score from the Foreign Language Exam organized by the center of intensive Languages . They can also use the TOEFL, IELTS, or National Exam scores. Students who do not have these official exam scores can submit any foreign language certificate. However, Afyon Kocatepe University has the right to interview the candidate to confirm their language levels. When more than one student has the same result, an interview will be carried out.
Starting from the highest score, the applicants are placed in their study programs according to the university quotas.
- In the selection process, 10 points will be decreased for each mobility of the students who already
attend an Erasmus program conducted by AKU. - The students who are selected but want to resign from the program will be given a resignation period
- The students with disabilities will be given an extra 10 points in their overall score if they are able to
- provide an official medical report that clearly shows their disability. The related report should be submitted to the online application system within the application period. Extra points will not be applicable if the official medical report is not presented during the application.
- For the students who have Turkish nationality, there will be a 10-point decrease from their total points.
- All students will be subject to the same type of selection process
