– Utilize audiovisual tools to extract historical material and practice scientific criticism in examining the contents of documentary tapes.

– Comprehend the organic relationship between history and geography, and acquire skills in using maps to understand historical issues.

– Understand the rising role of settlers in shaping public policy in Algeria and the additional suffering endured by Algerians as a result of transformations in the colonial political system. Analyze the injustices of various laws in the fields of administrative and economic organization and their future impact on Algerians.

– Understand the role of cultural and civilizational resistance in confronting French colonization and its role in preserving Algerian society from assimilation and integration into French and Christian culture.
