Training Objectives

To meet the needs of companies and research laboratories in keeping up with the development of information and communication technologies, the Department of Electronics at the Morsli Abdelah University Center in Tipazza has established a Master’s program in telecommunications, offering two options: “Telecommunication Systems” and “Telecommunication Networks.” These programs share a common foundation.

Indeed, new information and communication technologies require a mastery of fundamental techniques for sound and image manipulation, as well as telecommunications systems. Therefore, the objective of this program is to address the training needs in multimedia signal processing and the mastery of associated communication systems.

Target Profiles and Professional Skills

By the end of the program, students will have mastered the fundamental techniques for analyzing and processing data in the field of signals, images, sound (multimedia), and machine systems. The trained students will have competencies in all applications offered by these techniques. Their profile will offer them a high degree of employability in various sectors and enable them to enter the economic and research sectors with confidence.

Regional and National Employment Opportunities for Graduates

Graduates of the Telecommunication Systems Master’s program can pursue research activities by preparing for a Ph.D. in Research Laboratories or enter the professional sector. The training provided equips them with the capacity to carry out research work applicable in all industrial sectors that involve signal and image processing, particularly in the telecommunications sectors where several public and private organizations and operators are currently seeking skilled professionals.
